We have extensive and versatile production facilities equipped with mechanical and hydraulic presses with a maximum working table area of ​​1800 x 3000 mm. They allow pressing under pressure from 40 to 1200 tons. This guarantees a very high flexibility and the ability to produce an extremely wide range of parts and subassemblies for domestic and foreign companies in such industries as e.g. automotive, household appliances, heating technology or agricultural profile.
We have created a machine base equipped with six automated production lines, feeding tape with a thickness of 0.3 to 6 mm and a width of up to 1000 mm.
We guarantee the possibility of producing both large-sized elements and very small details. We manufacture elements from both thin sheets from 0.3 mm and thick ones up to 12 mm, including cold and hot rolled, stainless and aluminum sheets.
We offer a comprehensive service, including the design, production of blanking dies, stamping dies, welding and welding devices, as well as assembly and degreasing after production processes, as well as vibro-abrasive treatment. As part of cooperation with external partners, we provide the opportunity to supplement the services provided with professional powder coating, cataphoresis painting and applying galvanic coatings.
We have three robotic production lines cooperating with hydraulic and mechanical presses to perform stamping and punching operations with a maximum weight of details up to 160 kg.
